Film & Series

We all know what film music is.

And we all know how it can affect us. How it makes our heart beat faster, sends a shiver down our spine or gives us goosebumps.

Sound quality is very important in most genres. If you compare software strings with a recorded violin, for example, you realize how big the difference still is today.

Thanks to my network, I can invite musicians into the studio at any time. The recorded strings, wind instruments, etc. ensure a high level of sound quality.

With films, the decisions that are made are often exciting, as they have a lot of influence:

What kind of instrumentation do you choose, a string quartet, a full orchestra or a purely electronic production after all?

What mood should it convey?
Do you compose leitmotifs for the main characters?
Does the scene need music at all?
And if so, should it be accompanied by sounds and speech or not?

All of this has a great influence on the effect of the perceived image, there are countless possibilities.

That's why collaboration is so important, especially with the director.

A film can require very different music, not everything is always film music (score).

Even the intro music of a series arouses the audience's anticipation; on-screen music such as a radio playing or a band playing live can also enrich a scene.
